When commencing an arbitration a Claimant shall pay a fixed registration fee in the amount of 20 000 (twenty thousand) Rubles. The amount of the registration fee is included in the amount of the arbitration fee.
The dispute being arbitrated is resolved upon payment of the arbitration fee that is determined in accordance with the Rules on Arbitration Fees and Arbitration Costs and is paid by the Claimant.

For the value of a claim less than five hundred thousand (500,000) US Dollars the arbitrator’s fee is indicated as if the dispute was decided by a sole arbitrator. As for the value of a claim equal or exceeding five hundred thousand (500,000) US Dollars the arbitrator’s fee is indicated as if the dispute was decided by an Arbitral Tribunal composed of three (3) arbitrators.
