Russian Arbitration Center (RAC) at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RIMA) is a permanent arbitral institution. The right to perform the functions of a permanent arbitral institution by the RAC at the RIMA was granted by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 799-p dated 27 April 2017.
Russian Arbitration Center is functioning under the Internal Rules of the RAC at RIMA and the RAC Arbitration Rules
Arbitration administered by the RAC at RIMA is governed by the Arbitration Rules regulating such issues as requests for arbitration, appointment of arbitrators and conduct of arbitration.
Current edition of Arbitration Rules (as amended on 01 November 2021) is applicable since 13 December 2021.
Arbitration Rules (as amended on 21 January 2019) were applicable from 14 March 2019 till 12 December 2021.
Arbitration Rules (as amended on 2 April 2018) were applicable from 21 May 2018 till 13 March 2019.
Arbitration Rules (as amended on 20 September 2017) were applicable from 1 November 2017 until 20 May 2018.
Arbitration Rules (as amended on 20 December 2016) were applicable from 20 December 2016 until 31 October 2017.
Rules on arbitration of domestic disputes (dated 19 August 2016) were applicable since 19 August 2016 until 31 October 2017.
RAC has regional divisions located in the regions of the Russian Federation, as well as specialized divisions for the resolution of certain types of civil disputes.
