The order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on the deposition of rules of permanent arbitral institution No 285-р dated 14 March 2019 is available here.

The Rules for resolution of disputes in agricultural sector govern arbitration of domestic and international disputes arising in the agricultural market.

The Rules for resolution of disputes in agricultural sector apply if both following criteria are satisfied:

  • The dispute arose between the participants of a national or an international market of agricultural production, in particular, out of a supply agreement, contractual agreement, contract for carriage, insurance contract, commission and agency contracts, and in connection with them;
  • The arbitration agreement directly specifies the application of the Rules for resolution of disputes in agricultural sector.
