Survey: Quality of Arbitration Administration by the Russian Arbitration Center

One of the vital RAC’s corporate values is continuous development: every year we strive to improve arbitration administration practices and make the dispute resolution process as convenient as possible for the parties. We are always open to dialogue and try to take into account valuable comments from parties and arbitrators regarding possible improvements to the dispute administration procedure. Feeling the need to receive feedback from a wider range of users, we decided to launch a survey regarding the quality of administration of disputes by the RAC and arbitrators’ skills.

Parties to proceedings administered by the RAC will be kindly asked to complete the survey within three months after the termination of the arbitration. Any person involved in the RAC arbitrations may also fill out the survey or view it on the RAC website.

The survey is anonymous, and its results will be used by the RAC for internal purposes only unless respondents indicate otherwise.

Completing the survey will take no more than 10 minutes, and respondents may choose not to answer all the questions.
