Step 1

Claimant Respondent
The Claimant pays a registration fee RUB 20 000 for domestic arbitration $500 for international arbitration
The Claimant files a Request for arbitration or a Claim
The Claimant pays an arbitration fee (or an advance payment if hourly rates are used) The Respondent files an Answer to the Request for arbitration or a Response to the Claim
The Respondent appoints an arbitrator (if provided by the Parties’ agreement or by the Arbitration Rules)

Before referral of a dispute to the Arbitral tribunal

14 days after filing the Request for arbitration (20 days in case of filing the Claim)

Step 2: Constitution of the Arbitral tribunal
