In order to protect users’ personal data Arbitration Center hereby informs that contact details and other personal information provided by the users (hereinafter Personal data) will be recorded in the electronic database of Arbitration Center. Once the users enter their Personal data in the fields of the website, they consent to it being processed in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal data”.

Upon the users’ consent their Personal data may be processed in order to provide them with any information on the events, news, services, changes in the rules and policy of Arbitration Center. If necessary, Personal data may be used to contact the users.

Arbitration Center may transfer Personal data only to its employees. In exceptional circumstances Personal data may be transferred to third parties who undertook to keep any received information confidential. Personal data may be communicated to third parties solely in a statistically processed form, thus preventing identification of the user whose data was communicated.
