On September 26, 2023 the Russian Arbitration Center successfully hosted the DIFC Office Launch Evening, themed ‘Unraveling Applicable Law in MENA: Strategies, Considerations, and RAC Rules Instruments.’

The event featured dynamic discussions led by our eminent panelists (NAMES), exploring the MENA arbitration landscape, the available mechanisms within the RAC Arbitration Rules that enhance procedural efficiency, as well as the key considerations instrumental in shaping arbitration practices in the region.
