We are pleased to invite you to our first large-scale event in Moscow in several years, dedicated to the most topical issues of dispute resolution.

The event program features four sessions, where esteemed speakers (representatives from prominent Russian businesses, counsels from leading law firms, and experienced arbitrators) will discuss, among other things:

• The impact of sanctions on resolving substantive legal issues in international commercial arbitration from arbitrator’s standpoint;
• Professional ethics for arbitrators, including questions of impartiality and independence;
• Selecting an arbitral institution and a seat of arbitration in current geopolitical circumstances;
• Adapting in the ever-changing business landscape from the perspective of female leaders of major Russian companies at the session supported by Russian Women in Arbitration.

The conference will be in Russian and English (with simultaneous translation).

Early Birds Rate (till September 1): 3,000 rubles.

Standard Rate: 5,000 rubles.

For non-legal business executives, in-house lawyers – participation is free upon confirmation by the organiser.
