Evidence before international courts and tribunals: distinct fora, similar approaches?

On November 9, 2018, International and Comparative Law Research Center with the support of the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration will hold a conference on the topic “Evidence before international courts and tribunals: distinct fora, similar approaches?”.

The conference will be organized in the format of panel discussions on evidence (1) in interstate litigation, (2) before regional courts of human rights, (3) in international criminal jurisdictions and (4) in investment, commercial and sport arbitration.

Dr. Aniruddha Rajput, the member of the UN International Law Commission, who works on the topic “Evidence before International Courts and Tribunals” for the Commission and wrote a corresponding syllabus, will deliver a keynote statement.
