On 20 September 2017, the Arbitration Center adopted the amendments to the Arbitration Rules 2017. The updated version is available here.
Among the most important amendments to the Arbitration Rules 2017 – significant reduction of the arbitration fees, calculated at the ad valorem rate, for the domestic disputes.

Arbitration fees for international arbitration and corporate disputes remain unchanged.
Arbitration Rules 2017 are applicable as effective at the date of commencement of arbitration.
It implies that the new arbitration fees for domestic disputes will apply to all future arbitrations, even those arising out of arbitration clauses concluded before 20 September 2017.
