Adjudicator Fees

  • The amount and terms of the adjudicator’s remuneration are agreed upon by the parties in the Dispute Board Member Agreement.
  • If the parties fail to reach an agreement or dispute the fees, the amount and payment procedure will be determined by the RAC after consulting with the parties and the adjudicator.
  • The parties also reimburse all reasonable expenses incurred by the adjudicator.

 

RAC Administrative Fees

USD 500 Appointment of an adjudicator or deciding on a challenge to an adjudicator.
USD 500 Request for determination of the adjudicator’s fees.
3% Funds holding services (deposits).
USD 150 per hour.

The Party filing the Notice of Referral shall pay the advance in the form of a registration fee in the amount of USD 200.

Administrative support for the dispute resolution procedure.

 

As a general rule, administrative fees (including the registration fee) are non-refundable.

If, at the request of the parties, the RAC performs additional functions, the remuneration will be calculated based on an hourly rate of USD 150, the number of hours spent, and any expenses incurred by the RAC (if applicable).

 

Payment of Fees and Expenses

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, all fees and expenses are split equally between the parties.
