From March 31, 2021, the United Recommended List of Arbitrators by a majority vote has elected Timur Aitkulov as the new member of the RAC Board!
Timur as a Partner at Clifford Chance Law Firm headed the Dispute Resolution team since 2007, and in January 2021, under a global collaboration agreement with Clifford Chance, he founded his own Aitkulov and Partners Law Firm. Timur is a member of the International Arbitration Court at the ICC, a member of the SIAC Users Council, a member of the Moscow Bar Association and a member of the Board of the Arbitration Association (RAA).
We are pleased to welcome Timur as a part of the Subcommittee on Arbitration of Domestic Disputes and we believe his experience will enhance the efficiency of appointment of arbitrators, examination of challenges of arbitrators and performance of other functions of the RAC Board by the Arbitration Rule.
