The Russian Arbitration Center is pleased to present statistics of annulation and enforcement of arbitral awards adopted in the framework of the RAC.
The statistics includes all cases administrated by the RAC that were later considered in commercial courts of the Russian Federation in 2018-2020.
We monitor judicial practice and are constantly working on eliminating any obstacles in administration that can potentially reduce the chances of enforcement of arbitral awards in Russia.
