The Russian Arbitration Center Will Organize a Discussion of “Arbitration in Russia & Asia: Trendspotting and Horizon watching” as Part of the Hong Kong Arbitration Week

On 20 October 2019, the Russian Arbitration Center will hold a discussion on Arbitration in Russia & Asia: Trendspotting and Horizon watching as part of the Hong Kong Arbitration Week.

Andrey Gorlenko, the Executive Administrator of the Russian Arbitration Center, will discuss what new Russian arbitral venues are open to Asian parties for arbitrating commercial disputes; how arbitral institutions interact with state courts when arbitrating disputes; what instruments can be used for efficient conduct of arbitration.
