On 25 October 2019, the Library of the International and Comparative Law Research Center will host a lecture and presentation of A Guide to the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration by Roman Khodykin and Carol Mulhany (Nicholas Fletcher QC (Ed.), Oxford University Press, 2019).
The lecture will be given by Roman Khodykin, one of the book’s authors and Partner at the London Office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Ph.D., Professor at the Queen Mary University of London, solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and an ICAC arbitrator.
