The SPBLIF 2019 starts very soon and we are happy to invite our colleagues to the sessions and events organized with support of the Russian Arbitration Center.
The first discussion session will be held on May 15, 2019 (Wednesday) and will be devouted to the role of arbitration institutions in the development of intertational commercial arbitration.
The main questions of the topic are why it is important for arbitration institutions to become more open to cooperation, what are the prospects for arbitration institutions in the light of the development of new technologies, and how to ensure high efficiency in the administration of cases.
Jacomijn van Haersolte van Hof (LCIA), Annette Magnusson (SCC), Alice Fremuth-Wolf (VIAC), Sarah Grimmer (HKIAC), Kevin Nash (SIAC) will take part in the discussion.
Moderators: Andrey Gorlenko (Russian Arbitration Center) and Andrey Panov (Norton Rose Fulbright).
