Last year, the Online System of Arbitration of the Russian Arbitration Center received Skolkovo LegalTech Leader award and, since that, has been in active use by the parties to arbitration, arbitrators and Administrative Office in the disputes administered by the RAC.
In October 2018, the Russian Arbitration Center launched the English version of the Online System of Arbitration. Currently, its users may choose the language of the System’s interface and automatic notifications. The choice of language of the System’s interface does not affect the language of arbitration: the documents are still to be uploaded in the language that the parties specified in an arbitration agreement.
Both English and Russian versions of the System allow the users to quickly initiate arbitration, follow its course, download and upload the necessary documents (including via smartphones), join new representatives and parties to arbitration.
