Extension of the Recommended List of Arbitrators and Approval of Arbitration Database of Arbitration Center

Arbitration Center at the Institute of Modern Arbitration announces the extension of the recommended list of arbitrators: now it includes 94 arbitrators (previously – 77 arbitrators), of whom: 48 arbitrators possess 10-years (min) experience in resolving civil disputes in Russian state courts or arbitration, and 32 arbitrators – a scientific degree granted on the specialization from the list approved by Ministry of Justice.

The updated list is available in section United Recommended List of Arbitrators.

Moreover, the Arbitration Center formed and approved the first international arbitration database. It includes prominent world international arbitration practitioners from such jurisdictions as: The United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, USA, who consented to act as arbitrators in proceedings administered by the Arbitration Center.
