Arbitration Rules 2017 have been deposited to the Russian Ministry of Justice

We are pleased to announce that the Arbitration Rules 2017 of the Arbitration Center at the Institute of Modern Arbitration have been successfully deposited in accordance with the Russian legislation.

The decision of the Russian Ministry of Justice on the deposition of the Arbitration Rules 2017 was adopted on May 23, 2017.

From now on, the parties (that refer their dispute to an arbitration administered by the Arbitration Center) can avail of the advantages and the instruments of the Arbitration Rules 2017, including:

  • Arbitration of multiple claims
  • Consolidation of arbitrations
  • Joinder of additional claimants, respondents and third parties
  • Detailed provisions on confidentiality
  • Possibility of using the
  • Electronic System of the Arbitration Center
  • Flexible rules on calculation of arbitration fees
  • Hourly-rate system of the calculation of arbitration fees
  • International commercial arbitration as well as arbitration of internal disputes
  • Rules on arbitration of corporate disputes
