In order to protect users’ personal data Russian Arbitration Center hereby informs that contact details and other personal information provided by the users (hereinafter Personal data) will be recorded in the electronic database of Russian Arbitration Center. Once the users enter their Personal data in the fields of the website, they consent to it being processed in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal data”.

Upon the users’ consent their Personal data may be processed in order to provide them with any information on the events, news, services, changes in the rules and policy of Russian Arbitration Center. If necessary, Personal data may be used to contact the users.

Russian Arbitration Center may transfer Personal data only to its employees. In exceptional circumstances Personal data may be transferred to third parties who undertook to keep any received information confidential. Personal data may be communicated to third parties solely in a statistically processed form, thus preventing identification of the user whose data was communicated.

We do not share personal data with third-party services, which are not specified in our personal data processing policy (except the transfer of data under the legal requirements of state bodies, which have rights to perform these actions).
