Arbitrating German-Russian business disputes – a morning seminar

Germany and Russia are among each other’s most important trading partners. Disputes are a part of modern business life. Neutral, fast, and expert dispute resolution is becoming increasingly important to German and Russian companies engaged in international sales, distribution agreements, project development, joint ventures, and the like.

The German Chamber of Commerce St. Petersburg (AHK) and the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) invite you to a morning seminar on dispute resolution in German-Russian business disputes.

Learn from accomplished practitioners about do’s and don’ts when arbitrating German-Russian disputes. Hear companies debate cultural differences when resolving conflicts and negotiating settlements. And find out from the arbitral institutions about recent innovations and changes in German and Russian arbitration rules and laws.
